His current band is called "Teegarden b". He has toured around Europe with several bands. He was a member of the band "Les Bouskidou" for several years and later created the band "Jaywood". But the band split in 1983.ĭuring a trip in Brittany the young James Wood decided to settle in the Nantes area. Their first single, 'Couldn't believe a word', was quite successful in England. The band subsequently moved to London playing most of the well known pubs and clubs. He founded the band "The 45s"while at university in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. He is a singer-songwriter, guitarist, bassist, keyboard player and sound engineer living in Nantes, France.
